Returns & Damaged Items

 

Thank you for purchasing original, one-of-a-kind artwork from Tom Butler Prints.

Because each piece is unique and created especially for you, all sales are final. This means I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you have any questions or need additional information before buying such as extra photos, videos, or the option to view prints in person please get in touch. I’m here to help ensure you’re completely happy with your order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

 

If your artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at tombutlerprints@gmail.com with photos of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include arranging a replacement or refund once the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Important Notes

These prints are one off's and a replacement would not be a copy, but a like for like. Further more due to the handmade nature of the prints, variations may occur and are part of the unique character of your artwork.

I recommend reviewing all product details and contacting me if you have any concerns before placing your order.

International Orders

I ship worldwide, and all of the policies above apply to international buyers as well. Please allow extra time for delivery depending on your location and local customs processes.

Returns Process & Buyer Responsibility

In the rare case that a return is approved (e.g. due to damage), please note:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition

A refund or replacement will only be processed once the returned item is safely received and inspected
